IRCC has released the latest Express Entry draw on July 22, 2021 at 14:02:32 UTC. As per the instructions provided in the draw the CRS cutoff for this draw is 357 and 4,500 invitations have been issued. The draw is applicable for the CEC program. If more than one candidate has the lowest score the cutoff will be based on the date and time they have submitted the express entry profiles.

Candidates who have got the invitation will receive an ITA(Invitation to Apply). They will have an option to either Accept it, Decline it, or Do not respond to it. If they accept it, the candidate would need to fill out a form similar to the ones in the EE profile. Instruction to fill out the form is mentioned in the ITA pdf file received in the message section of your profile.
